Active Ingredients:

Ajwain/Caraway (Trachyspermum ammi). A strong stimulant of the digestive, respiratory, and nervous systems. It is widely used in Ayurveda. It is used by those suffering from high Vata, poor appetite, intestinal gases, and sinus blockages. Ajwain improves kidney function and strengthens the nervous system.

This is a powerful remedy for stagnation in the respiratory and digestive organs, eliminating even deeply seated toxins and revitalizing metabolic processes disrupted by stagnation. Relieves intestinal spasms and enhances vitality, nervous system, digestion, and speech. Ajwain has antiseptic properties that are used in dentistry to treat periodontitis.

It has a calming effect on Vata and Kapha and can excite Pitta. It is an excellent analgesic and cardiac tonic. Ajwain also acts as a carminative.

Amla (Phyllantus emblica). Helps normalize blood glucose levels and supports heart health. 100 g of the pulp of this plant contains 30 times more vitamin C than an orange. It strengthens teeth and bones, promotes hair growth, improves digestion, metabolism, and boosts immunity. Helps synthesize hemoglobin, cleanses the liver and other internal organs of toxins.
