Amla fruits are record holders in Vitamin C content. Due to the natural tannins in the fruits, the Vitamin C in Amla is heat-stable (doesn't break down from heat) and highly bioavailable, as it's released only in the stomach under the influence of gastric juice.

Amla improves cellular metabolism, nourishes all body tissues, supports vitality, improves the body's resistance by boosting immunity, and protects the body from external negative influences (free radicals, epidemic periods, etc.).

Amla fruits are one of the best remedies for combating age-related changes, as they slow down aging processes, accelerate tissue regeneration, improve skin properties and nourishment, and strengthen hair.

Small pieces of slightly dried amla, sweetened with brown cane sugar. The product is a unique healing remedy in the East. Regular consumption promotes improved digestion and treatment of conditions such as rapid heartbeat, gallstones, vitamin deficiency, and vomiting.

In India, jam is made from amla and it's eaten fresh and dried year-round.

Indian gooseberry seeds are the main component for preparing a healing tincture for treating eye diseases, ulcerative diseases, stomach disorders, infectious diseases, and healing various wounds.

Amla leaves and berries are consumed simply – added to tea or curd (kefir).

Active Ingredients.

Amla (Emblica officinalis), or Phyllanthus emblica, or Indian Gooseberry (lat. Phyllanthus emblica or Emblica officinalis) is a low-growing fruit tree.

Amla fruits contain a large amount of ascorbic acid, gallic acid, citric acid, tannins (emblican A and emblican B), nicotinic acid, riboflavin, thiamine (vitamin B1), amino acids (methionine, pectin, tryptophan), fiber, glucose, saponins, glycosides, carotenoids, gums, flavonoids, tannins, psoralen, cytokinins (zeatin, zeatin nucleoside, zeatin riboside, superoxide dismutase), trace elements – copper, calcium, phosphorus, iron. The seeds of the plant contain essential oil, litholytic and proteolytic enzymes.

Amla fruits contain substances that stimulate the production of erythropoietin. Because of this, the plant has been used since ancient times in the treatment of anemia. Saponins and glycosides eliminate constipation, intestinal colic, and reduce gas formation, normalizing bowel function. Natural antiseptics have been identified in the composition of the plant's fruits, suppressing the vital activity of pathogenic microorganisms in the intestines and genital tract. The active substance psoralen in amla fruits helps with vitiligo (leukoderma), and also provides protection from ultraviolet rays, helping to maintain the natural skin color.
