Amla 500 mg, 60 tabs., Sri Sri Ayurveda

Brand: Шри Шри Таттва (Sri Sri Tattva)

Amla (Indian Gooseberry) - small pieces of slightly dried Amla fruits, sweetened with brown cane sugar. Regular consumption of this product improves digestion and cardiovascular function, saturates the body with vitamins, and promotes liver health. In India, Amla is used to make jam and is eaten fresh and dried year-round.

Amla is a record holder in vitamin C content. Due to the presence of natural tannins and vitamin C in its fruits, they are heat-stable and do not break down under thermal influence. They are also highly bioavailable, as all the beneficial microelements in Amla fruits are released only in the stomach under the influence of gastric juice.

Amla improves cellular metabolism, nourishes all body tissues, supports vitality, improves the body's resistance by boosting immunity, and protects it from external negative influences (free radicals, epidemic periods, etc.).

Amla fruits are one of the best remedies for combating age-related changes, as they slow down aging processes, accelerate tissue regeneration, improve skin properties and nourishment, and strengthen hair.

Indian gooseberry seeds are the main component for preparing a healing tincture for treating eye diseases, ulcers, stomach disorders, infectious diseases, and wound healing.

Amla leaves and berries are simply added to tea or curd (kefir). The product is a unique medicinal remedy in the East.

Active Ingredients.

Amla (Emblica officinalis). It is a low fruiting tree. Amla fruits contain a large amount of ascorbic acid, gallic acid, citric acid, tannins (emblican A and emblican B), nicotinic acid, riboflavin, thiamine (vitamin B1), amino acids (methionine, pectin, tryptophan), fiber, glucose, saponins, glycosides, carotenoids, gums, flavonoids, tannins, psoralen, cytokinins (zeatin, zeatin nucleosides, zeatin riboside, superoxide dismutase), microelements - copper, calcium, phosphorus, iron. The seeds of the plant contain essential oil, litholytic and proteolytic enzymes.

Amla fruits contain substances that stimulate the production of erythropoietin. Because of this, the plant has been used since ancient times in the treatment of anemia. Natural antiseptics have been identified in the plant's fruits that suppress the vital activity of pathogenic microorganisms in the intestines and genital tract. The active substance psoralen in Amla fruits helps with vitiligo (leukoderma), and also provides protection from ultraviolet rays and helps maintain the natural skin color.
