Avipattikar Churna – a natural Ayurvedic medicine that improves digestion and has a mild laxative effect. It promotes increased enzyme secretion for the complete absorption of nutrients from food. Primarily prescribed for balancing Pitta dosha. It stimulates digestion by increasing enzyme secretion for complete nutrient absorption and preventing indigestion symptoms such as excessive gas, dyspepsia, nausea, and constipation. It contains natural antioxidants that cleanse the body of toxins and free radicals, as well as purify the blood. This accounts for the positive effect of the preparation in cases of intoxication and food poisoning.

The effect of Avipattikar Churna significantly surpasses that of a simple digestive aid and laxative. The preparation is also used in Ayurveda as an anabolic, antipyretic, anti-diabetic agent, and for bronchopulmonary diseases. Active Ingredients:

Ginger (Zingiber officinale). Contains amino acids and vitamins A, B, C, trace elements - magnesium, iron, calcium, zinc, potassium, phosphorus. The root positively affects the digestive process, stimulating gastric juice secretion, improves hematopoietic function and cerebral blood flow, accelerates metabolic processes in the body, and enhances thyroid hormone production. Ginger helps with problems such as flatulence, allergies, skin diseases, high cholesterol, helminthiasis, blood clot risk, weakened immunity, diarrhea, stomach cramps, joint pain, edema, and sprains.

Black Pepper (Piper nigrum). Promotes recovery, helps the body transform nutrients and eliminate toxins. Increases internal heat, stimulates metabolism and blood circulation. It can also balance Kapha and Pitta doshas. Consumption improves peristalsis and eliminates excess mucus in the stomach, lungs, and upper respiratory tract. In small doses, black pepper usually reduces Vata, but in excessive amounts, it can significantly increase it.

Pippali (Piper Longum). Is considered an excellent stimulant for the bronchopulmonary system and gastrointestinal tract. It has a strong warming effect, eliminates stagnation of phlegm and Ama (mucus) from the gastrointestinal tract, and restores the body's energy tone. Improves digestion, stimulates peristalsis, eliminates constipation and gas buildup in the intestines, neutralizes putrefactive microorganisms in the gastrointestinal tract, and effectively removes parasites. Pippali positively affects liver function, eliminating stagnation.

Triphala (Triphala). The most popular Ayurvedic formula, consisting of three herbs - Amla, Haritaki, and Bibhitaki. This is a super-effective remedy for the comprehensive normalization of the gastrointestinal tract and stimulation of digestion, blood purification, blood pressure regulation, hemoglobin level increase, normalization of the function of most organs and body systems due to antioxidant effects, and has anti-inflammatory action. Musta (Cyperus rotondus). Is a general tonic for the whole body. Used for general weakness, cleansing from toxins, and bronchopulmonary diseases. Possesses strong antioxidant, antimicrobial, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, calming, and cooling properties.

Clove (Syzygium aromaticum). Cloves possess many healing properties, which are explained by the eugenol contained in them. This allows it to act as an antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiviral, antimicrobial, laxative, and diuretic.

Embelia ribes (Embelia ribes). Relieves diarrhea and constipation. Used as a diuretic, mild laxative, and cleansing agent. Reduces fever and has an antiseptic effect. Is one of the richest sources of vitamin C, therefore, has antioxidant activity and a rejuvenating effect on the body. Relieves painful symptoms in intestinal diseases, eliminates increased gas formation, dyspepsia, and dysentery. Effective in the gentle elimination of various types of helminthiasis: ascariasis, enterobiasis, trichinosis, also helps in the fight against tapeworm.

Turpeth (Operculina turpethum). Is a cleansing agent for the intestines, has a mild and safe laxative effect, eliminates constipation, promotes weight loss, and gets rid of parasites. Has a disinfecting, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory effect. Eliminates fluid accumulation in the abdominal cavity with ascites, removes gas from the intestines, helps with anemia, joint diseases, and liver diseases in the early stages.

Patra (Cinnamomum tamala). Used in small doses, it improves appetite and stimulates digestion. Effective for constipation, edema, and menstrual cycle disorders in the form of short spontaneous bleeding (oligomenorrhea). It has a stimulating effect on the circulatory system, improves blood circulation in the body, and protects against viruses and infections.


Instructions for use: Take 0.5-1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day before meals, with warm water. Avoid prolonged sun exposure while taking the preparation.


Contraindications: Individual intolerance to the preparation or its individual components, pregnancy, age under 12 years, diabetes mellitus (the preparation contains sugar), hypertension. Use with caution in case of intestinal colic.
