Chavanprash is one of the most common and popular Ayurvedic remedies. Made from various medicinal plants, it resembles jam. Active Ingredients:

Amla (Phyllantus emblica). Helps normalize blood glucose levels and supports heart health. 100g of pulp contains 30 times more Vitamin C than an orange. It strengthens teeth and bones, promotes hair growth, improves digestion and metabolism, and boosts immunity. Helps synthesize hemoglobin, cleanses the liver and other internal organs of toxins. The fruit has a rejuvenating effect, neutralizes and removes heavy metals and free radicals.

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula). A known rejuvenating plant. Slows down graying and accelerates hair growth, positively affects memory and vision, treats diseases of the lungs and digestive system, acts as a mild laxative, improves immunity, and normalizes digestion. Helps eliminate parasites and restore normal intestinal microflora.

Bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica). A rejuvenating plant with tonic, anthelmintic, and laxative effects. Helps with a number of diseases and regulates high Vata dosha. Removes stones from the digestive tract and positively influences all bodily functions.

Dashamula (Dashamula). A classic Ayurvedic composition of ten medicinal roots. Believed to have a very strong healing effect in combination. It includes: Bilva, Shionaka, Patala, Shaliparna, Prishniparna, Brihati, Kantakari, Gokshura, Agni Mathi, and Kasmarya. Provides a comprehensive healing effect on the entire body. An excellent remedy for normalizing the condition of many vital systems. In addition, it is a "first aid" for feverish conditions, reducing the intensity of inflammatory processes in the body. Reduces fever and relieves pain. Regulates the nervous system. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera). Increases endurance, enhances sexual energy, improves memory, energizes, nourishes the body with essential vitamins and minerals, reduces the intensity of neuroses, and strengthens the heart. Used as an aphrodisiac and a means to improve brain function, it has a calming effect, relieves insomnia and chronic fatigue.

Bhumyamla (Phyllantus niruri). A plant that improves metabolism, and is also cholagogue, healing, anti-inflammatory, and diuretic. Interestingly, it's used to treat both acute and chronic hepatitis, which is quite rare. This herb rejuvenates, restores, and tones the liver, and reduces the negative effects of alcohol, tobacco, drugs, chemotherapy, etc., on the liver. The plant is also used to treat various skin diseases: psoriasis, neurodermatitis, and eczema, and to eliminate parasites.

Bala (Sida cordifolia). Means "strength." One of the most widely used plants in Ayurveda. Balances all three doshas, is a natural analgesic and tonic, improves endurance and immunity, energizes the body, treats rheumatism, cleanses the blood, improves skin health, and has a rejuvenating effect. Helps recovery after illness, accelerates wound and ulcer healing, helps with skin diseases, and supports the liver.

Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum). Strengthens the nervous system, eliminates insomnia and stress, and increases tone. Provides a warming effect and relieves spasms. Of course, helps cope with colds.

Bamboo (Bambusa arundinacea). The internodes, shoots, and leaves of bamboo have antimicrobial, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties, positively affect heart function, and have a mild diuretic effect. The plant's volatile substances can purify the air of carbon dioxide. In several European countries, bamboo leaves are used to treat diabetes. In traditional Asian medicine, bamboo is considered a remedy for dysentery, fever, tuberculosis, and some types of skin rashes. Tabashir, obtained from bamboo, is used to treat asthma as a prophylactic agent, in the treatment of gallstones and kidney stones, and to increase male potency. Traditional Chinese medicine considers Tabashir an anticancer agent and a remedy for diseases of the blood, skin, and lungs, and premature aging.

Patra (Cinnamomum tamala). Has a laxative effect, cleanses the body of toxins. Stimulates the circulatory system, improves blood circulation, eliminates viruses and infections. In small doses, it improves appetite and digestion. It is prescribed for constipation, edema, oligomenorrhea, and glaucoma. Externally, it is used for conjunctivitis, some skin diseases, and pyoderma.

Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum). The plant's seeds are rich in essential oils, zinc, calcium, vitamins A and B, magnesium, sodium, and phosphorus. Has a beneficial effect on the nervous system. Relaxes, calms, and alleviates symptoms of depression and apathy; imparts a feeling of lightness and peace. It is an excellent remedy for the prevention of respiratory diseases, in the treatment of pharyngitis, and persistent cough. It is an effective remover of mucus and phlegm, removing it from the lungs and bronchi in asthma and bronchitis. Restores the proper functioning of the digestive system. Eliminates symptoms of overeating, feelings of heaviness with indigestion, diarrhea, and flatulence.

Pistachio (Pistacia integerima). These nuts are very beneficial for the human body, as they help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disorders, lower cholesterol levels, and strengthen blood vessel walls. Studies by medical scientists prove the beneficial effect of pistachios on blood biochemistry, blood circulation, and the normalization of reproductive functions in both men and women. In addition, the vitamins contained in the nuts have a positive effect on a person's overall well-being, increasing their vitality.

Pippali (Piper longum). Considered an excellent stimulant for the bronchopulmonary system and gastrointestinal tract. Causes a strong warming effect, removes phlegm and Ama (mucus). Increases and restores energy tone. Is an effective antioxidant for the bronchopulmonary system. In a milk decoction, it is effective in the therapy of bronchopulmonary diseases, such as tuberculosis, asthma, and bronchitis.

Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia). A medicinal plant used to treat various diseases. Has an immunostimulating effect. Is an excellent antioxidant and is effective for general weakness. Stops premature aging, cleanses the body of toxins. Promotes improved mental function. Protects the nervous system from stress, anxiety, and depression. Strengthens memory, rejuvenates the entire body, increases energy and appetite.


Instructions for use: ½-2 tsp 1-2 times a day for three months, once every six months. Can be used for children from 4 years old, the dose should be halved. The effect is enhanced if used with milk. The preparation is recommended to be taken as prescribed and under the supervision of a specialist, especially during pregnancy.


Contraindications: Diabetes mellitus, acute gastroenterocolitis, acute pancreatitis, acute cholecystitis, acute pyelonephritis and cystitis, exacerbation of peptic ulcer disease, glomerulonephritis, allergic intolerance to components.
