Diarex, HIMALAYA, 30 tab

Diarex-Himalaya is a multi-component herbal-mineral complex whose action is due to its constituent components. It provides antidiarrheal, spasmolytic, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant membrane-stabilizing effects. The herbal components of the drug have antimicrobial activity against E.Coli, S.Typhi, V.Cholerae, Salmonella, and Shigella. The drug does not disrupt the natural intestinal microflora.

Indications: The drug is used as an adjunct in complex therapy. Diarrhea of various origins: foodborne, allergic, infectious (bacterial, protozoal, viral). Irritable bowel syndrome.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, intestinal obstruction, acute dysentery with bloody stools and fever. Children under 6 years of age. Use with caution: impaired liver function.

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: The drug is contraindicated during pregnancy. During lactation, the question of discontinuing breastfeeding should be addressed.

Dosage and administration: Oral. Between meals. Children aged 6 to 14 years – 1 tablet twice daily. Adults and children over 14 years – 2 tablets twice daily.

The course of treatment for acute diarrhea is 2-7 days. The course of therapy for chronic diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome is 2 to 6 weeks. If necessary, after a 2-week break, the course of therapy can be repeated.

In severe diarrhea, Diarex-Himalaya can be used as an adjunct to standard treatment at the doses indicated above.

Side effects: Allergic reactions are possible. If any side effects not described in this instruction appear, you should inform your doctor.
