Gandha Tailam – is a unique Ayurvedic oil designed to nourish and strengthen Asthi Dhatu. Dhatus are seven tissue elements that make up the human body, and Asthi Dhatu, the hardest of them, is responsible for the health of bones, joints, and ligaments. This oil can be used externally to treat injuries and internally to nourish all body tissues and prevent musculoskeletal diseases. Internal use helps balance Vata and Pitta doshas.

Historically, Gandha Tailam has been used to treat arthritis, osteoarthritis, and other joint diseases. It is especially beneficial for older people as it helps maintain bone and joint health, reduce their fragility, and increase limb strength.

Indications: arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteochondrosis and other joint diseases, fractures, dislocations and weakened bones, pain and bruises from injuries, ligament tears and sprains, post-injury recovery

Directions for use: External use: apply 5-10 drops of oil to the affected area and gently rub into the skin in circular motions.

Internal use: mix 5-10 drops of oil with 50 ml of warm milk or water. Consume once or twice a day before meals.
