This preparation is available in both liquid and tablet forms. It contains an extract of the resin of the medicinal Commiphora tree, which has anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic properties. Active Ingredients:

Neem (Azadirachta indica). A plant that is widely known both in India and abroad. Helps with hemorrhoids, skin diseases, diabetes, toothache, dandruff, obesity, bleeding, vomiting and nausea, wounds and ulcers, slags and toxins in the blood. A strong antiseptic and anthelmintic agent, rejuvenating, reduces kapha dosha, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol levels, helps with joint diseases, accelerates wound healing, eliminates parasites.

Kantakari (Solanum xanthocarpum). Restores potency, reduces excess weight, helps with infertility, menstrual disorders, heart disease, joint problems, bladder stones, headaches, flu and colds, asthma.

Guduchi / Giloy / Amrut (Tinospora cordifolia). Improves immunity, stops premature aging, relieves fever and cleanses the body of toxins. Helps with leg pain, bleeding, both internal and external, boosts immunity.

Guggul (Commiphora Mucul, Myrra). Guggul resin is obtained from the balsam tree and is widely used to create Ayurvedic preparations. The resin has powerful cleansing properties, normalizes kidney function, removes stones and sand from the kidneys, removes toxins and slags, has a very strong absorbent effect.

Costus/Kustha (Saussurea lappa). The roots of this plant contain essential oils, alkaloids, insulin and other useful elements. The plant is used to treat asthma, it relaxes the bronchioles. The plant has strong antiseptic and disinfecting properties, it helps to quickly heal wounds, cuts and bruises. Helps to cope with pain from gout or rheumatism.

Zanthoxylum (Zanthoxylum alatum). Used to improve digestion. Effective in the treatment of chronic colds, lumbago, chronic arthritis and rheumatism, skin diseases, and the elimination of worms. It has a warming, stimulating and cleansing effect on the blood, enhances peripheral circulation. Relieves abdominal pain, colic and spasms.

Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia) Stems. Contains anthraquinone glycosides, as well as ruberitrinic acid, which dissolves oxalate stones. Has an astringent and diuretic effect. Preparations from the roots also have diaphoretic, diuretic, antispasmodic and astringent properties. Effective for gastrointestinal diseases, jaundice, constipation, enuresis, gout, polyarthritis, spleen inflammation and menstrual cycle disorders.

Usage: 2 tablets 1-2 times a day before meals, or as recommended by an Ayurvedic doctor. The drug is recommended to be taken as prescribed and under the supervision of a specialist.

Contraindications: in very high doses may worsen existing gastritis.
