"Hingwasthak Churna" has been traditionally used to improve digestion. The composition of this preparation is described in the treatise "Ashtanga Hridaya Samhita". Poor digestion may seem like a minor problem, but this is only at first glance. The strength of your digestion determines whether your body can extract nutrients from food, whether you will have excess or insufficient weight, and whether toxins will accumulate in your body.

As a result, in addition to symptoms of poor digestion (bloating, constipation), other diseases may appear that, it would seem, are not directly related to food digestion. Weak digestion leads to toxin accumulation throughout the body.

Active Ingredients:

Trikatu. A mixture of three types of pepper, it has expectorant properties, improves digestion, and removes toxins and slags.

Asafoetida (Ferula asafoetida). Used in small quantities. It has a specific taste and possesses many medicinal properties. Asafoetida is a powerful agent that improves digestion and promotes the removal of food accumulations from the gastrointestinal tract. It is effective for removing worms, especially roundworms and pinworms. Asafoetida-based medicinal powder is the most popular remedy for indigestion in India. Ayurveda considers asafoetida one of the strongest antimicrobial and bactericidal agents. Ayurveda also recommends asafoetida for the treatment of gynecological diseases and sexual impotence. It helps with delayed and painful menstruation, relieves pain, and relieves spasms. For children with minor mental disorders, asafoetida is a natural remedy. Asafoetida is used for infertility, the threat of miscarriage, painful menstruation, and leukorrhea.
