Chat Masala – a blend of various spices, very popular in its homeland, India. Gradually, it is gaining popularity in other countries. This mixture is added to traditional Indian dishes – sabzi and raita, as well as some varieties of national Indian snacks. There is an interesting tradition of seasoning fruit salads with Chat Masala.

The color of this original exquisite blend is sandy. It includes several different components: asafoetida, mango powder, black salt, cumin, ground ginger, fennel, cayenne pepper. The base of this complex, yet harmonious blend is black salt, asafoetida, and mango powder.

This specific spice blend gives dishes a slightly noticeable and very piquant sour taste. It perfectly harmonizes with various fruits.

Chat Masala also complements various vegetable salads very well, including not only traditional ones but also very unusual ones. Active Ingredients:

Indian Mango (Mangifera indica). Nourishes and tones the nervous system, gives strength and vigor to the whole body and cleanses it of toxins. The flesh of unripe mango differs from ripe mango in that it contains almost no sugar and is very rich in vitamin C. Normalizes calcium metabolism in the body, improves vision.

Asafoetida (Ferula asafoetida). Used in small quantities. It has a specific taste and has many medicinal properties. Asafoetida is a powerful remedy that improves digestion and helps remove food accumulations from the gastrointestinal tract. Effective for removing worms, especially roundworms and pinworms. Asafoetida-based medicinal powder is the most popular remedy for indigestion in India. Ayurveda considers asafoetida to be one of the strongest antimicrobial and bactericidal agents.
