Eastern women have long been famous for their beautiful eyes – clearly defined and with a deep, expressive gaze. Thanks to them, the fashion of "making eyes," outlining the contours with a solid line, spread almost all over the world. If in the 20th century the means for such eye makeup was simply called eyeliner, in the third millennium, makeup artists gave it a new name – kajal.

If we talk about the birthplace of kajal, it is most likely India: even the word "kajal" translated from the language of one of the nationalities of this country means "eye contour". It is enough to recall the features of the makeup of the heroines of Indian films to understand what this cosmetic product is and how it is used. Kajals differ from traditional contour pencils in their composition: it includes particles of soot and antiseptic substances. The presence of the latter is simply necessary, since kajal is applied to the inner eyelid along the lash line, and it should not irritate the mucous membrane of the eye.

Active ingredients:

Castor oil (Riccinus communis). Antiseptic. A natural remedy that promotes tissue repair. Nourishes, softens, moisturizes the skin, removes warts and growths, accelerates hair and eyelash growth. It is not for nothing that Ayurveda calls castor oil "the lion among oils". A good anti-inflammatory agent for the eyes, which contains a huge amount of vitamins and microelements. Relieves eye pain and fatigue, normalizes high intraocular pressure, relieves eyelid inflammation, improves vision.

Beeswax (Cera alba). Used in cosmetics, beeswax helps to smooth wrinkles, deeply nourishes the skin with vitamins and fatty acids, softens and helps retain moisture in its structure, gives smoothness and matte finish. It has anti-inflammatory properties. Rich in bactericidal substances, it combats any rash and irritation. It is slowly absorbed by the skin, without clogging pores. Protects the skin from chapping and heals sunburns.

Ghee clarified butter (Ghee). Supports healthy eyes and protects them. Cleanses and nourishes the eyes, eyelashes, and eyelids with essential microelements.

Vitamin E (Vitamin E). Possesses antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and healing properties.

Instructions for use: apply kajal along the waterline (between the eyeball and the lash line) as a decorative eyeliner. For a therapeutic effect, it can be applied overnight to the upper and lower eyelids. Kajal is easily removed with regular makeup removers, soap, or castor oil, but does not smudge when snowflakes or raindrops get into the eyes.
