Kamdudha Ras – in Ayurveda, this preparation is classified as a rasayana and is used to treat gastritis, diabetes, and bleeding disorders such as bloody diarrhea, heavy menstruation, etc.

This preparation is prescribed to stimulate metabolism in cases of digestive disorders, nosebleeds and other bleeding, gynecological problems associated with leukorrhea, as well as uterine and menstrual bleeding.

Recommended for hemorrhoids, micronutrient deficiencies, aching teeth and gums, hair loss, nail problems, heartburn, and ulcers with increased acidity. It effectively addresses Pitta dosha imbalance, sharpens the mind, and promotes CNS relaxation.

Active Ingredients:

Guduchi/Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia). Improves immunity, slows premature aging, reduces fever, and detoxifies the body. Helps with leg pain and internal and external bleeding, boosts immunity.

Pravala Pishti (Corallum). Powdered red coral. Very rich in calcium. In Ayurveda, it is used to treat calcium deficiency diseases, including joint and bone diseases such as osteoporosis. It is a hemostatic agent, commonly used for various types of bleeding.

Mukta Shukti Bhasma (Oyster). Ash from purified and specially processed pearl oyster shells. Used for heartburn, dyspepsia, abdominal and liver pain, anorexia, loss of appetite, cough, calcium deficiency, osteoporosis, etc.

Kaparda/Kapardika Bhasma (Kaparda Bhasma). Powder from a cowrie shell. Used to improve digestion, treat malabsorption, asthma, bronchitis, fever, tuberculosis, chronic bronchial diseases, eye diseases, and oligospermia.

Usage: 1–2 tablets twice daily with honey. This preparation should be taken as prescribed and under the supervision of a specialist; it contains heavy metals.

Composition: Pravala Bhasma, Shouktik (Muktashukti) bhasma, Kapardika (Varatika) bhasma, Shankha bhasma, Shodhit Garika, Guduchi satva (Starch of Tinospora cordifolia stem).
