Kusmanda Rasayanam, 200 g, Kottakkal Ayurveda

Brand: Коттакал Аюрведа (Kottakal Ayurveda)

Kusmanda Rasayana is a well-known Ayurvedic medicine with multifaceted health benefits. Its jam-like form and pleasant taste ensure consistent intake. Like all rasayanas (elixirs of youth and health), Kusmanda boosts immunity, rejuvenates the body, improves the function of all internal organs, and enhances appearance.

Relieves vomiting, fever, tuberculosis, and respiratory diseases, including chronic ones. Cleanses the lungs and liver, which especially needs protection after taking strong medications. Improves digestion.

Helps restore weight loss that threatens the normal state of internal organs. Aids recovery after strenuous travel, surgery, or heavy workloads. Beneficial during periods of both mental and physical stress, improving efficiency while minimizing health damage.

Active Ingredients:

Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum). A source of easily digestible carbohydrates, essential for ATP synthesis – the body's energy source. Necessary for brain function and metabolism in nerve cells; promotes high energy reserves. Normalizes digestion due to its fiber content. Contains beneficial substances: B vitamins, potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and zinc.

Ghee (Ghee). An antioxidant that protects against free radicals, promoting youthfulness, beauty, improved vision, and enhanced immunity. Accelerates metabolism, improves digestion, and restores nutrient absorption.

Honey (Madhu). Alleviates Kapha imbalance, effects of poisoning, and hiccups. Highly beneficial for urinary tract diseases, worms, bronchial asthma, cough, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Fresh honey acts as a mild laxative and aids weight loss; aged honey improves fat metabolism. Ayurveda highlights honey's ability to penetrate deep tissues (yogahavi). Using honey with herbs enhances their medicinal properties and deeper tissue penetration.

Wax Gourd/Kusmanda (Benincasa hispida). In Ayurveda, used to increase appetite and treat urinary stones. Increases sperm count and motility. Recommended as a diuretic, analgesic, and antipyretic. A key component in tonic, rejuvenating, and calming preparations.

Long Pepper/Pippali (Piper longum). Possesses potent anti-inflammatory properties; relieves bloating, constipation, and other stomach problems; helps with colds, bronchitis, laryngitis, asthma, arthritis, rheumatism, gout; stimulates brain function.

Ginger (Zingiber officinale). Restores digestion and appetite, relieves nausea, burns fat, cleanses toxins, and boosts immunity.
