Active Ingredients:

Bala (Sida cordifolia). Meaning "strength". One of the most widely used plants in Ayurveda. Balances all three doshas, is a natural analgesic and tonic, improves endurance and immunity, strengthens the body, treats rheumatism, purifies the blood, improves skin health, and has a rejuvenating effect. Helps recovery after illness, accelerates wound and ulcer healing, assists with skin diseases, and supports liver function.

Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia). Improves immunity, slows premature aging, reduces fever, and cleanses the body of toxins.

Calamus Root / Vacha (Acorus Calamus). Beneficial for intellect, improves speech, balances Vata dosha, purifies blood and lymphatic system. Aids tissue repair, normalizes energy flow in the body, restores appetite, improves digestion, and improves conditions in sinusitis and joint diseases.

Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa). A plant that restores the function of the liver, kidneys, thyroid, and pancreas. Restores metabolism, cleanses the liver, reduces swelling of tissues and joints. Lowers blood sugar levels, improves the condition of the male reproductive system.

Black Pepper (Piper nigrum). A stimulant that helps with colic, spleen diseases, and parasitic infections. Has a mild muscle relaxant effect.

Adhatoda Vasica. Primarily known as a remedy for coughs and colds. Possesses expectorant and anti-inflammatory effects, as well as anthelmintic and antispasmodic properties. Thins mucus, improves the condition of patients with ischemic heart disease. Has calming properties.

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula). A known rejuvenating plant. Slows graying and accelerates hair growth, positively affects memory and vision, treats diseases of the lungs and digestive system, acts as a mild laxative, improves immunity and normalizes digestion. Helps get rid of parasites, helps restore normal intestinal microflora.

Ashwagandha Root (Withania somnifera). Increases endurance, increases sexual energy levels, improves memory, strengthens, nourishes the body with essential vitamins and minerals, reduces the intensity of neuroses, strengthens the heart. Used as an aphrodisiac and a means to improve brain function, has a calming effect, relieves insomnia and chronic fatigue.

Musta / Nutgrass (Cyperus rotundus). Eliminates blood stasis and fluid retention, stimulates digestion, relieves stomach pain, treats gastrointestinal infections, heals ulcers, wounds, and cuts.

Sahachara (Barleria prionitis). Prevents swelling and pain in the legs.

Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris). Improves the genitourinary system. Helps with liver, kidney, and joint diseases. Increases the tone of the genitourinary system, removes excess fluid from the body, helps get rid of kidney stones, and restores Vata dosha balance.


Usage: 2-3 tablets twice a day before meals with warm water. Has no known side effects.
