"Mahayogharaj Guggul" by "Shri Ganga" is one of the best remedies for balancing Vata dosha and purifying the blood. Active Ingredients:

Guggul/Commiphora (Commiphora mukul). The medicinal resin of this plant has pronounced healing properties; it powerfully cleanses and rejuvenates the body, removes toxins and metals, normalizes metabolism, lowers cholesterol, and stimulates the thyroid gland.

Triphala (Triphala). A medicinal composition of three medicinal herbs (Amalaki, Haritaki, Bibhitaki), cleansing and rejuvenating the body, has a mild laxative effect.

Rajata Bhasma (Argentum). Purified and processed silver powder. Improves digestion, positively affects the cardiovascular and nervous systems, restores the body and energizes it, slows down aging processes, improves thinking and memory, and increases endurance.

Vanga Bhasma (Stannum). Specially ground and herbally processed tin. Used to improve endurance and intellect, for asthma, cough, and other respiratory problems, diabetes, and genitourinary diseases; eliminates parasites, treats anorexia, and improves the appearance and condition of the skin.

Abhrak Bhasma (Siliolithos). Purified and specially (using herbs) processed mica. Contains important trace elements; helps with indigestion, malabsorption, asthma, bronchitis, and other respiratory diseases, fever, prolonged bleeding, cough and colds, diabetes, anemia, skin diseases, genitourinary diseases, spleen problems, and helminthiasis. Mandura Bhasma (Ferrum oxydulatum). Helps with anemia, stabilizes the thyroid gland, positively affects the condition of skin, hair, nails, bones, and restores immunity.

Usage: 1–2 tablets 2–3 times a day before or after meals. The course of treatment is two weeks to two months. The drug is recommended to be taken as prescribed and under the supervision of a specialist.

Precautions during intake: abstain from fried, heavy, dry, stale food. Eliminate or significantly reduce peas, drinks with preservatives and dyes, yoghurts, kefir, bread, turmeric, and asafoetida. Strictly prohibited: tobacco, alcohol, antibiotics, stimulants, and drugs.
