Active Ingredients:

Borneo Camphor (Dryobalanops aromaticum). Used both internally and externally as an excellent herbal remedy for musculoskeletal and headaches, as well as viral-respiratory diseases, influenza, and bronchitis. Provides a pronounced analgesic and antispasmodic effect, therefore it is used for bruises, sprains, radiculitis, and rheumatism.

Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi). Acts as a powerful stimulant of the respiratory system in case of blockage of the respiratory sinuses, sinusitis, and sinusitis. It is used for increased Vata dosha. Perfectly relieves spasms, for which it is considered an excellent analgesic. Calms the nervous system. Possesses pronounced antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, which are used in dentistry and dermatology in the treatment of inflammatory processes in tissues.

Instructions for use: For pain in the body, apply a thin layer of the product to the problem area and massage in for 2-3 minutes.

For inhalations for colds and nasal congestion, pour hot water, but not boiling water, into a bowl, then add 2 teaspoons of balm. Inhale the aroma to clear the airways. Repeat the procedure up to 4 times a day. For influenza and colds, you can also rub the soles of the feet, chest and back, then cover yourself with a warm blanket.
