Amla (Emblica officinalis). Amla is a small fruit-bearing tree. Amla fruits contain a large amount of ascorbic acid, gallic acid, citric acid, tannins (emblican A and emblican B), nicotinic acid, riboflavin, thiamine (vitamin B1), amino acids (methionine, pectin, tryptophan), fiber, glucose, saponins, glycosides, carotenoids, gums, flavonoids, tannins, psoralen, cytokinins (zeatin, zeatin nucleoside, zeatin riboside, superoxide dismutase), trace elements – copper, calcium, phosphorus, iron. The seeds of the plant contain essential oil, litholytic and proteolytic enzymes.

Amla fruits contain substances that stimulate the production of erythropoietin. Because of this, the plant has been used for centuries in the treatment of anemia. Saponins and glycosides eliminate constipation, intestinal colic, and reduce gas formation, normalizing bowel function. Directions:
