Instructions for use: The course of administration lasts from 2 to 6 weeks.

For adults - 2 tsp 2 times a day before meals, with warm water or milk.

Children aged 6 to 14 years - 1 teaspoon (5 grams) before meals 2 times a day.

Young children from 6 months to 6 years are recommended to take 0.5-1 teaspoon (2.5-5 grams) before bedtime.
