"Shatavari Churna" - a well-known Ayurvedic remedy, popular even outside India, for rejuvenation and maintaining the ideal state of the female body. It's an excellent rasayana for Pitta and the woman's reproductive system.

This preparation contains plant-derived steroidal saponins that exhibit hormone-like functions, rejuvenating the woman's sexual and reproductive system; increasing breast milk production in nursing mothers; normalizing the menstrual cycle; stimulating the egg's ability to fertilize; and acting as an effective prophylactic against mastitis and fibroids.

Studies have revealed the presence in "Shatavari Churna" of substances that enhance cardiac output and normalize blood pressure, as well as protect against cell membrane damage. The preparation improves the condition of women who have entered menopause or undergone hysterectomy.

"Shatavari" increases vitality, cleanses the liver and blood, eliminates anemia, balances stomach acidity, restores the body after surgery, and contributes to the prevention of oncological diseases by removing carcinogens from cells.

It is an effective and safe natural aphrodisiac.

Shatavari is primarily used traditionally to improve women's health, although it can also be used by men. In this case, the preparation improves spermatogenesis and is used in the complex treatment of impotence, also prevents prostate enlargement, and is effective for hemorrhoids and bleeding.


Active Ingredients:

Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus). Also known as Asparagus racemosus. Considered the best tonic for the female reproductive system, it treats many associated diseases, even those considered quite serious. The saponins, hormone-like substances contained in Shatavari, are very similar to those produced by the body itself, which is why the plant has many miraculous properties. This preparation has a positive effect on lactation, rejuvenates, normalizes hormone levels and the menstrual cycle, relieves spasms, improves the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract, and helps with conception.

Most active substances in the chemical composition of Shatavari:

- Phytosterols - normalize the functioning of the hormonal and reproductive systems;
- Saponins - plant analogues of hormones;
- Asparagine - improves the functioning of the heart and blood vessels;
- Bioflavonoids - a natural antioxidant.

Amla (Emblica officinalis). Helps normalize blood glucose levels and supports heart health. 100g of pulp of this plant contains 30 times more vitamin C than an orange. It strengthens teeth and bones, promotes hair growth, improves digestion, metabolism, and boosts immunity. It helps synthesize hemoglobin, cleanses the liver and other internal organs of toxins. The fruit has a rejuvenating effect, neutralizes and removes heavy metals and free radicals.


Usage: ½ tsp twice a day, with warm water or milk. Avoid heavy and fatty foods during the course of treatment. Use this preparation under the supervision of an Ayurvedic specialist.
