Shuddha Guggulu lowers blood cholesterol, accelerates metabolism, promotes weight control and fat breakdown, has anti-inflammatory effects, is effective for joint diseases, activates tissue renewal, especially nerve tissue, reduces fat, toxins, and dead cells in tissues, and rejuvenates the entire body.
