Koflet-SF Cough Syrup is a remedy with a unique medicinal formula, specially developed for the effective relief of coughs in patients with diabetes. Presented as a mixture for wet and dry coughs, unlike similar products, it is made without added sugar. It has mucolytic, antihistamine, and expectorant effects, helping to thin bronchial secretions and facilitate their removal. The syrup has a thick, brownish consistency and a sweetish taste with a characteristic herbal scent.
The drug is prescribed as a symptomatic therapy for both acute inflammatory and chronic respiratory diseases accompanied by a cough with difficult-to-separate sputum.
