Tea Masala – a blend for making the famous Indian spiced tea. This is a traditional Indian beverage consisting of black tea, milk, sugar with the addition of aromatic spices. This drink originated in Southeast Asia and has gained popularity worldwide. Now it can be found in many tea and coffee shops.

The Tea Masala blend contains only the most essential spices. Therefore, to prepare it, besides the blend, you only need tea, sugar, and milk.

Active ingredients:

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum). Not only a well-known spice but also a powerful medicinal remedy. Strengthens the immune system and gives the body strength in general. Ginger (Zingiber officinale). Contains amino acids and vitamins A, B, C, trace elements – magnesium, iron, calcium, zinc, potassium, phosphorus. The root of the plant has a positive effect on the digestive process, stimulating the secretion of gastric juice, improves hematopoietic function and cerebral blood flow, accelerates metabolic processes in the body, and enhances the activity of the thyroid gland in hormone production. Star anise (Illicium verum). A spice that is also used for medicinal purposes. It smells a bit like anise, which is why it has a second name – star anise. The taste is fresh, rich, slightly sweet. In general, it has found its application in baking, but can also be used in other dishes. A slightly spicy and pungent spice. Can be used to make marinade. Rich in B vitamins, vitamins A, C, and PP, as well as micro and macro elements. Also contains: sugar; resins; essential oils up to 5-10%; terpene; choline; tannin; rutin.

Instructions (proportions for two cups of tea): Boil water with milk, add one teaspoon of black tea and 0.5 teaspoon of Tea Masala spices. Continue boiling for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat and let the tea brew for 5 minutes. Pour the tea into cups through a strainer. Add sugar.
