Haridrakhandam is a popular Ayurvedic remedy for treating allergies and skin diseases. The preparation is made according to a classic recipe using seven medicinal herbs and seven spices combined with ghee (clarified butter), milk, and cane sugar.

Active Ingredients:

Turmeric (Curcuma longa). A natural antibiotic. Stimulates, strengthens, relieves pain, cleanses the blood and the body as a whole. Indicated for a weakened condition after illnesses and surgeries. Normalizes menstruation, stops tumor processes, accelerates healing.

Trikatu (Trikatu). A mixture of black pepper, dried ginger, and long pepper (pippali). It has a pronounced stimulating and tonic effect on the body, due to which it excellently combats stagnation, cleanses the bronchopulmonary and digestive systems. Used to improve metabolism, fight parasites, and lose weight. Promotes increased healthy appetite and stimulates digestion. Relieves nausea and indigestion. Has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, carminative, and tonic effects on the body. Strengthens the immune system.

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum). Not only a well-known spice but also a powerful medicinal remedy. Strengthens the immune system and energizes the body. Cleanses the liver and biliary system, reduces the risk of developing oncological diseases in the intestines and generally improves the condition of the gastrointestinal tract. A positive effect of cinnamon on blood pressure, the condition of the heart muscle and blood vessels has been noted; it prevents the formation of blood clots and normalizes cholesterol levels. A good remedy for influenza and colds that relieves mucosal swelling, promotes sweating, and reduces cough. Cinnamon also reduces pain.

Triphala (Triphala). A medicinal composition of three medicinal herbs (amalaki, haritaki, bibhitaki). It affects all types of human tissues and balances all three doshas - Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, bringing all the body's life support systems into a state of optimal functioning. Due to this effect, a person's well-being improves significantly. Regardless of age, they begin to get sick less and suffer less from gastrointestinal disorders, skin condition improves, joint pain disappears, various injuries on the body - wounds and abrasions - heal faster, activity increases, and performance improves. As a result of the soft and gradual release of the body from ama (toxins and slags), triphala tones and rejuvenates the body's tissues, increasing the efficiency of metabolic processes.

Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum). Positively affects digestion, appetite, and metabolism, suppresses harmful microflora, contains vitamin B6, and also treats the nervous and endocrine systems.

Ironwood (Mesua ferrea). Possesses antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and analgesic properties. A mild laxative diuretic, eliminates fungi and worms, has a good effect on the heart and blood vessels.

Musta (Cyperus scariosus). Eliminates blood stagnation and fluid accumulation, stimulates digestion, relieves stomach pain, treats gastrointestinal infections, heals ulcers, wounds, and cuts.

Purified Iron (Lauh bhasma). Specially ground and herb-processed iron. Due to this, it acquires healing properties and is easily absorbed by the body, unlike modern mineral supplements. Helps with anemia, stabilizes the condition of the thyroid gland, has a good effect on the condition of the skin, hair, nails, bones, and restores immunity.


Instructions for use: 5-10 g 1-2 times a day before or after meals. Has no known side effects. Dosage for children aged 5 to 12 years is not more than 5 g, under 5 years - not more than 1-2 g. Honey and milk enhance the effect. Consult an Ayurvedic doctor before using the preparation.
