Active Ingredients:
Shilajit (Asphaltum). A complex natural mineral-organic complex of biologically active substances, containing more than 60 different chemical compounds and more than 80 minerals of natural origin, necessary to maintain life balance in the body. The minerals included in the preparation are not analogous to the minerals in the dietary supplements presented on the market. These are minerals in ionic form, which were previously absorbed by the plant from the earth and air, and then returned to the earth. Thus, they are easily and completely absorbed by all cells of the body.
Guggul/Commiphora (Commiphora mukul). The healing resin of this plant has pronounced healing properties; it effectively cleanses and rejuvenates the body, removes toxins and metals, normalizes metabolism, lowers cholesterol, and stimulates the thyroid gland.
Loha Bhasma (Ferrum). This is an Ayurvedic remedy made from iron. It is used to treat anemia, eye and skin diseases. It also cleanses blood vessels, therefore it is considered extremely useful for cardiovascular diseases. Increases the body's strength and also increases immunity. Has a beneficial effect on the appearance of the skin, memory and intellect. Acts as a mild stimulant, improves digestion. It is used for helminthiasis, obesity, diabetes, vomiting, asthma, bronchitis, herpes, abdominal colic, chronic respiratory disorders, liver diseases, hemorrhoids, fistula, chronic diseases, cachexia, muscle wasting, dizziness.
Makshik Bhasma. An Ayurvedic remedy specially prepared from iron and copper pyrite ore. Treats diabetes, hemorrhoids, skin diseases.
Guduchi/Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia). Improves immunity, stops premature aging, relieves fever and cleanses the body of toxins. Helps with leg pain, bleeding, both internal and external, increases immunity.

Application: 1–2 tablets 1–2 times a day with honey, gomutra (sterile cow urine) or warm water. In sensitive people with a pitta body type, an overdose can cause fever or gastritis. It is best to avoid this drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Give children over 5 years old in very low doses. The drug is recommended to be taken as prescribed and under the supervision of a specialist.
