This preparation belongs to the Arishtas class. Arishtas are herbal wines obtained by fermenting various plants and their parts (leaves, roots, fruits, bark, etc.).
Helps with gastrointestinal diseases and hemorrhoids.

Active Ingredients:
Embelia ribes. Antitussive, antidiarrheal agent. The seeds of the plant are used as a means to stimulate labor, as a diuretic.
Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris). Improves the genitourinary system. Helps with liver, kidney and joint diseases. Increases the tone of the genitourinary system, removes excess fluid from the body, helps get rid of kidney stones and restores the balance of Vata dosha.
Operculina turpethum. It is a mild cleansing agent for the intestines, has a mild and safe laxative effect, relieves constipation, helps with weight loss, gets rid of parasites, disinfects wounds, relieves inflammation, helps with ascites, anemia, early-stage liver diseases, heart diseases, gout, flatulence, hemorrhoids.
Woodfordia fruticosa. Cleanses the blood, promotes wound healing, helps with menorrhagia, dysentery, diabetes, relieves pain in diseases of the female genital organs.

Usage: 2-4 teaspoons 2 times a day or as recommended by an Ayurvedic doctor. The preparation contains 10 to 18% alcohol formed during fermentation. Nuts or nut oils may be present in the preparation. Consult an Ayurvedic doctor before use.

Composition: Embelia ribes, Madhuca indica, Jaggary, Tribulus terrestris, Operculina turpethum, Coriandrum sativum, Woodfordia fruticosa, Citrullus colocynthis, Piper cubeba, Foeniculum vulgare, Zingiber officinale, Boliospermum montanum, Salmalia malabarica.
