Triphala Churna - an ancient Ayurvedic herbal formula for body detoxification and toning. It normalizes gastrointestinal functions, strengthens the immune system, and improves metabolic processes. Triphala is widely used in Ayurvedic practice for the treatment and prevention of various diseases in different age groups.
The name "Triphala" translates as "three fruits." This is because the preparation contains three fruits: Amla, Haritaki, and Bibhitaki.
The preparation acts on all types of human tissues and balances all three doshas - Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, bringing all the body's life support systems into optimal functioning. Due to this effect, a person's well-being significantly improves. Regardless of age, they start to get sick less often and suffer less from gastrointestinal disorders, skin condition improves, joint pain subsides, various injuries on the body heal faster - wounds and abrasions, activity increases, and performance improves.
As a result of the gentle and gradual release of the body from ama (toxins and slags), Triphala tones and rejuvenates the body's tissues, increasing the efficiency of metabolic processes. After cleansing the large and small intestines, as well as the liver and gallbladder, spleen and pancreas, all gastrointestinal functions are normalized. The production of enzymes that break down complex products into simpler ones increases, which contributes to improved absorption of nutrients from food, as a result of which the body begins to receive more nutrients and vitamins for its full functioning.
When using this churna, the body stops suffering from chronic constipation, as it softens the stool, which facilitates bowel cleansing. At the same time, it kills many gastrointestinal pathogens. In addition, acting as an enterosorbent, the drug normalizes lipid metabolism and allows you to control appetite due to better food absorption, which makes it indispensable in the fight against excess weight.
In addition to all of the above, the drug is a source of vitamins, especially vitamin C, and is used as a dietary supplement. Triphala nourishes the mind and body, and at a deeper level helps cleanse the aura, develop mental abilities, and improve the functioning of the chakras.
